Welcome to BarsInTown, the ultimate guide to finding the best bars in town! Before you dive into discovering new and exciting places, please take a moment to review our Terms of Use. 

By accessing or using the Barsintown mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the App. 

1. Acceptance of Terms
   These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Barsintown regarding your use of the App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
   

2. Use of the App
   2.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
   2.2 License: Barsintown grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.
   

3. User Accounts
   3.1 Registration: In order to access certain features of the App, you may be required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
   3.2 Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Barsintown immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
   

4. Location Services
   4.1 Consent: By using the Barsintown App, you consent to the collection and use of your location data to provide you with personalized recommendations for bars and other establishments in your vicinity.
   4.2 Privacy: Barsintown respects your privacy and will only use your location data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
   

5. User Content
   5.1 Submission: You may have the opportunity to submit content, such as reviews and ratings, through the App. By submitting content, you grant Barsintown a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content.
   5.2 Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any content that you submit through the App, and you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit such content. 
   

6. Prohibited Conduct
   6.1 You agree not to: 
   (a) Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms of Use;
   (b) Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App;
   (c) Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
   (d) Use any automated means to access the App or collect any information from the App;
   (e) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the App; or
   (f) Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
   

7. Termination
   Barsintown reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.
   

8. Changes to Terms
   Barsintown reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
